The highly anticipated "Ride Groups" feature is now being rolled out in the latest Android version of Bikemap! With this update, groups and group rides are finally available. both an Android and an iOS app.
A new feature makes arranging rides with friends, riding groups, and clubs easy. You can share common routes directly within your crew, making it effortless to set up groups and plan rides regardless of the platform.
This is how it works
With the new feature, users can gather their driving crews under one roof and ensure everyone always has up-to-date information. Within the group, users can have different roles, which determine their rights to routes and group management:

Founder The user can create a new driver group and add members to it. The founder has the right to manage the group and its content.

Editor: The founder can also grant administration rights to other users, which allows routes to be added and edited within the group.

Member A member added to a group can see shared routes but cannot edit them.
