1 Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
- The order placed by the customer is a sales contract between the online store and the customer. The order terms apply to the purchase of products from the online store. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order if necessary, informing the customer in advance.
- The prices of products sold in the online store are in euros and are indicated next to the products. The prices include VAT.
- The validity of the contract is determined by the product being purchased, e.g. The customer accepts the validity when ordering.
2 Ordering
- Only an adult and legally competent person may place an order.
- The customer must read the description and the terms and conditions of the order and contract included with the product.
- To order a product, you must accept the online store's terms and conditions. In the order summary, the customer can see the entire contents of their shopping cart and the amount to be paid.
- When placing an order, the subscriber is aware that the order is subject to payment obligations.
- The order can be paid for using Verifonen Finland Oy's payment service.
- When placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, which indicates the ordered product or products. If the customer notices an error in the order confirmation, they must immediately notify the online store by emailing info@bikenavi.fi
3 Payment methods
The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy's secure payment environment. Verifone Finland Oy appears as the recipient of the most common online banking, card and other payments on the bank statement and any card invoices, and forwards the payments to the merchant. For other payment methods, Verifone Finland Oy acts as an intermediary for payment transaction information, in which case (company name) appears as the recipient of the payment.

You can pay in the online store using the following payment methods:
All Finnish online banking payments: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Savings Bank, Aktia, Oma Savings Bank, POP Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Bank and Ålandsbanken.

Online payment security
We use a secure SSL encrypted connection when processing credit card and other order information. We do not store credit card information in our information systems, but it is processed and stored in Verifone's secure PCI DSS certified system.
4 Delivery
- The order will be delivered digitally immediately after payment confirmation.
5 Right of return and complaint
- The right to return and make a complaint about a digitally downloadable product ends when you have familiarized yourself with the product and accepted the terms and conditions of the online store, and the payment transaction has been made to the payment intermediary.
6 Dispute resolution
- If the subscriber has any complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent to the email address info@bikenavi.fi. If the subscriber and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the subscriber may complain to the Consumer Disputes Board. The Consumer Disputes Board is competent to resolve disputes arising from the agreement between the subscriber and the online store. The processing of the subscriber's complaint by the board is free of charge.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service. Attorney fees are not reimbursed, as the Consumer Advice Service and the Consumer Disputes Board offer free assistance in resolving disputes.
7 Force majeure and vicarious liability
- In the event of force majeure, the online store may postpone the delivery of the product or cancel the entire order by refunding the customer any purchase price paid. An event constituting force majeure may include, among other things, an action by an authority, a technical failure, an interruption of operations as a result of water damage or fire or other accident, an interruption of public transport or energy distribution, a labor dispute, or another similar reason with equally significant and unusual effects, which the online store could not reasonably have taken into account and the consequences of which it could not reasonably have avoided.
8 Responsibility
- The online store is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the content of this website or application or your access to, use of, or reliance on it.
- The online store will not pay damages or other compensation for losses, injuries, penalties or other damages arising from access to or use of this website or application or reliance on its content or other sites to which this website is linked.
- The online store is not responsible for data or software stored on digital media, as the risk lies with the customer. Backups are the buyer's responsibility.
- The online store is not responsible for the routes planned, made or shared by the user/customer.
